Game Types

Having close to 100 game providers means there are plenty of options for players of all preferences. As different game providers specialise in different mechanics, such as jackpots, cluster pays, interactive bonus modes, multiple RTP choices, etc., you can easily find precisely what you are looking for as you search by the game provider.
Sports Types
The sportsbook at Batery Casino is exceptionally well-designed, featuring comprehensive coverage of cricket, football, tennis, basketball, esports, and more. It offers reliable odds, detailed statistics, and smooth navigation, though it lacks live streaming.
Mainly known for IPL betting, Batery Casino’s sportsbook is quite easy to use even on smaller screens. It offers an intuitive way to browse both horizontally and vertically to find the right data and place your bets without wasting time.
A major thing when it comes to placing bets during in-play games is how quickly you get the information you need to call the shots (at least, make reasonable decisions to the best of your ability and knowledge). Batery Casino’s sportsbook gives you the right tools and information at just the right time to help you do that.
- 11,600+ slots, 380+ live casino games, and 2,800+ sports betting events across 97 providers.
- Includes NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Play’n GO, and Evolution among its provider roster.
- Sportsbook has strong statistics and navigation but lacks live streaming for in-play events.
Batery Casino Bonuses
Batery Casino offers some very appealing bonuses for all players, including a welcome bonus of 500% up to ₹1,50,000 and 430 free spins.
Other Promotions
There are a couple more bonuses. These include:
- Happy Friday Bonus
Deposit at least ₹500 and get a 100% bonus + 30 free spins every Friday. The maximum bonus is ₹25,000, and the wagering is 35x. - Crypto Privilege
Deposit at least ₹500 using cryptocurrency and a 10% bonus of up to ₹25,000. Daily cashback is accrued on the next day (only slot game net losses). Losses ₹2500+ give you 5% cashback, ₹5000+ give you 7%, and ₹20,000+ give you 10%. Wagering is 15x for all bonus amounts.
There is a second bonus in sports (same as the fifth in the casino section) called “Batery Cashback,” which is essentially the VIP program discussed below.
Apart from the promotions and the VIP cashback, you also have several tournaments going on, ranging from prize pools of ₹20,000 to ₹3 lakh. The best part is that they cover all bases.
At the time of writing, there are four tournaments for four types of players—those who love crash games, live casino, cricket betting, and sports betting in general. Combined, there are 9000+ participants, a prize pool worth ₹8.2L, and 1170 prizes to be had.
VIP Program
The VIP program has four levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP. Each tier has three sub-levels called Pro, Premier, and Elite. In total, there are 12 levels. The higher up you go (by wagering more on the casino), the more your cashback will be. Here is the breakdown of all the levels and their cashback percentages:
| Level | Minimum Wager Amount | Cashback |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze Pro | ₹50,000/week | 5% |
| Bronze Premier | ₹2,00,000/week | 6% |
| Bronze Elite | ₹3,00,000/week | 7% |
| Silver Pro | ₹5,00,000/week | 8% |
| Silver Premier | ₹7,50,000/week | 9% |
| Silver Elite | ₹12,50,000/week | 11% |
| Gold Pro | ₹17,50,000/week | 12% |
| Gold Premier | ₹25,00,000/week | 13% |
| Gold Elite | ₹50,00,000/week | 14% |
| VIP Pro | ₹75,00,000/week | 15% |
| VIP Premier | ₹1,00,00,000/week | 17% |
| Super VIP | ₹1,25,00,000/week | 20% |
Clear, transparent, and very logical—the VIP levels are quite balanced. Also, they call you a “Pro” from the very first level, which is a relief from some casinos trying to patronise you with all sorts of low-ranking names when you are not a high-roller.
- Slots free spins are tied to four specific titles, delivered across four of the five deposit stages.
- Happy Friday reload bonus (100% + 30 free spins, capped at ₹25,000) requires a ₹500 minimum deposit and carries 35x wagering.
- VIP program spans 12 sub-levels with cashback scaling from 5% to 20% based on weekly wagering volume.
Batery Casino Customer Support
Customer support via 24/7 live chat is available on Batery in Hindi, English, and Bengali. Support is generally helpful but can sometimes be slow, especially during peak hours. In Hindi and Bengali, both methods that we tested during our analysis, the customer support staff is well-versed and can be quite reliable for quick queries.
More complex issues might require a little bit more time to be resolved. In these cases, we highly recommend sticking to English support as that might have more people, or higher-up support staff executives, ready to aid you.
- 24/7 live chat and email, in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Hindi and Bengali support handled complex queries reliably in testing; English support recommended for more complex issues due to greater staff availability.
Batery Casino User Experience
The platform offers an intuitive, modern design with comprehensive settings for personalisation for an enjoyable user experience. Batery has done a lot of user research in creating and improving the overall experience of the platform.
Mobile Compatibility
Batery Casino has a mobile app for Android devices. For iOS devices, it recommends using the Add to Home Screen function on Chrome or Safari to add a bookmark to your app drawer. The mobile app is well-optimised with native notifications and a slightly faster experience than the browser version. You will need to turn on third-party app sources to install the APK file.
As for the browser experience, the casino looks beautiful on mobile phones. I tested on multiple devices including larger, note-style phones, tablets, and small phones like the iPhone 12 Mini. The conclusion? It is designed with a mobile-first mentality.
Often at most Indian casinos, you will have the sportsbook acting strangely, some game suddenly not loading, a live dealer game show getting interrupted in the middle, some promotion not working, a payment method not working, and on and on. On Batery Casino, throughout my testing and usage, the experience is considerably smoother. It is actually quite remarkable.
Quick Tip: You can swipe left on any entry to add it to your favourites!
Ease of Use
Batery Casino features easy-to-use navigation, clear categorisation of games and betting markets, and extensive customisation options for users.
For example, you can switch between light and dark themes, choose which location you want the menu to appear in, choose the size of tiles/card sizes, and so on. You can fine-tune your Batery Casino experience as per your needs.
They have also paid attention to small details. For example, people who stream or screenshot their gameplay do not always want to display their username and cash balance. There is a “Hide” feature that is on by default for that. Just like that, there are many small things that make the platform extremely easy, intuitive, and pleasant to use.
Security & Fairness
You will find robust 128-bit SSL encryption at Batery. The online casino operates under a Curacao licence, which makes sure that the transactions are secure and the gameplay is fair (and provided by reputable developers).
Responsible Gambling
The platform offers basic responsible gambling tools such as time-outs and self-exclusion, although these features require contacting support directly and are not prominently accessible.
- Android app available (manual APK install, requiring third-party app sources enabled); iOS relies on a home-screen shortcut.
- Customizable interface includes light/dark themes, adjustable tile sizes, and a “Hide” feature to conceal username and balance while streaming or screenshotting.
- Responsible gambling limited to time-outs and self-exclusion, both requiring direct contact with support rather than being self-serve.
