Indi365 Casino Reputation
Run by a Belize-registered company called DNA Tech Solutions, Indi365 is an India-focused online casino site with an Anjouan licence. The license is currently valid, but keep in mind that this is the newest and the weakest offshore tier of licensing jurisdictions, below Curacao and much below MGA.
The Anjouan licence also carries the requirement that the operator must provide an independent ADR service, functional RG tools including self-exclusion and deposit limits, and certified RNGs. Indi365 has no ADR contact or an in-account deposit limit, however.
The casino has been up since 2024, and joined the Indian market formally in 2025. It is a BetConstruct white label platform with templated legal pages and the same sportsbook UI.
The “Casino Top Winners” ticker repeats the same masked player ID winning the same game (Ganesha Fortune) dozens of times in a row. It is decorative and not real. The general terms page features EUR figures, even though this is an INR-only casino. The FAQ quotes a minimum bet of $0.10 and lists Skrill, Neteller, and Paysafecard in the KYC docs section—none of which exist in the Indian cashier. Baccarat is listed as “coming soon,” while live baccarat tables are actually in the lobby. They have a lot of fine-tuning to do.
Indi365’s KYC/AML policy is a real three-tier SDD/CDD/EDD document and not boilerplate text, which is a big plus. There is an Indian support phone number and the footer cashier logos match the live cashier exactly, so no fake badges (rarer than it should be, so worth pointing out).
General Information
- The Anjouan licence is currently valid, and Indi365 has a proper three-tier KYC/AML policy plus an Indian support phone number.
- The licence requires independent ADR, functional responsible gambling tools, and certified RNGs, but Indi365 has no ADR contact, no in-account deposit limit, and no casino-level RNG audit.
- Templated legal pages, contradictory site information, and errors such as EUR figures on an INR-only casino still leave some credibility and localisation issues to fix.
Indi365 Casino Payment Methods
All payment rails on the casino are native INR with no fees and near-instant. There are five deposit methods and four withdrawal methods. The headline is Cash on Delivery: an agent collects cash at your address.
Deposit ₹1,000 to ₹10,00,000, withdrawal ₹2,000 to ₹10,00,000, across a 25-entry location list (Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Jalandhar, Puducherry, Nangal, Kapurthala, Banswara, plus whole states—Maharashtra, UP, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, Odisha, MP, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Himachal, Uttarakhand). The list mixes cities and states sloppily, and Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad are not named individually. Note that while it could be genuinely helpful if you want no bank trail, you are still handing your home address and cash to a third party agent, and KYC still applies before payout. It is not anonymity.
Deposit Methods
UPI FAST is the default route. BHIM UPI ₹300 to ₹5,000 is the lowest entry point but has a tiny ceiling. NetWallet ₹500 to ₹10,00,000 needs a NetWallet account email and is the rail the daily 15% boost is attached to. No card deposits, no Paytm/PhonePe/Google Pay as separate branded methods (they work through the generic UPI rails), no AstroPay, no Skrill or Neteller despite the FAQ naming them.
Important T&C clause to keep in mind (Clause 8.2): If you do not wager your deposit at least once, Indi365 may deduct an 8% fee, minimum €4 equivalent, on withdrawal.
Crypto is deposit-only. Six options (BTC, ETH, TRON, USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, USDC ERC20) from ₹1 up to ₹10,00,000, but there is no crypto withdrawal method at all. Anyone funding with coins is forced out through UPI, IMPS, NetWallet, or cash.
Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are shown as instant and are fee-free. IMPS will first valudate the IFSC (11 characters, fifth character zero).
Important T&C clause to keep in mind (Clause 8.6): The monthly withdrawal ceiling is €10,000, dropping to €5,000 if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits. In other words, the cap halves precisely when you win big. Both are written in euros on a rupee-only casino, which is a localisation failure and a transparency problem.
The cashier also shows a live “Unplayed amount” and “Unplayed Amoutn Percentage” field on every withdrawal, which is the 8% clause in action. Wager your deposit once and it disappears.
IMPS withdrawal caps at ₹10,000 per transaction, which is very low for a bank rail. UPI FAST withdrawal is the practical route at ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000. NetWallet allows ₹500 to ₹3,50,000, the highest non-cash ceiling.
- UPI, BHIM, IMPS, and NetWallet all support INR payments without fees, while Cash on Delivery adds deposits and withdrawals through agents across 25 listed locations.
- Crypto deposits are supported but there are no crypto withdrawals, IMPS withdrawals are capped at ₹10,000, and the monthly withdrawal limit is quoted in euros despite the casino being INR-only.
- The payment setup is strongly geared toward Indian players, with near-instant fiat transactions and high-capacity UPI, NetWallet and cash routes despite those limitations.

The customer support is decent. You will mostly get responses within a few minutes. The chat will first confirm some pieces of information and lead you directly to a queue for a live agent, which is always good. Typical wait time is also quite low during active Indian hours, but late nights and weekends can be extremely slow.
More complex problems need more back and forth to be solved. Even simple queries can end up needing you to clarify and re-clarify the same thing again and again. Email support is recommended for more complex problems.

Indi365 Casino User Experience
The casino runs the BetConstruct frontend, which is fast and features a dark UI. The website has a lion mascot and a red-and-black theme with clean iconography. The sportsbook is the polished half—multi-column event view, market tabs, favourites, cashout, odds format, toggle for stream-only events, and time format settings are all helpful.
The casino lobby is competent but the default view is stuffed with the platform’s own low-tier studios.
Mobile Compatibility
The software is pretty good for mobile browser and there is an APK for Android users as well. It is a sideloaded APK hosted on a third-party domain, not on the casino’s main URL or on Google Play. There is no iPhone app, though the experience across browsers like Safari, Chrome, and Firefox (regardless of the OS and device) is pretty good.
The whole layout is mobile-first by construction (there is a main bottom nav deliberately hidden for desktop view, which is the opposite of what you will find on a desktop-first casino site).
Ease of Use
Navigation is quite good with a main set of common icons: Live, Sports, Casino, Live Casino, Powerfull Wheel, E-Sports, Eventbook, TV Games, Promotions, Virtual Sports, Games. Clear enough, though several icons are unlabelled until hover.
Two languages: English and Hindi. Hindi is partial. Sportsbook data translates properly (team and league names in Devanagari), but the interface chrome stays English—DEPOSIT, Suggested Bets, the whole footer and help menu. On the Hindi promotions page only two of eight promo titles are translated.
Copy quality is patchy. The cashback promo contains “Avaitrix”, “Programe,” and inconsistent capitalisation. The Cash on Delivery city list mixes cities with entire states. The About page contradicts itself on event volumes (30,000 vs 65,000 monthly pre-match). At least on this front, we highly suggest them getting a good editor or content head.
Overall, as far as a casino platform goes, everything is quite sensibly placed, easy to use, and intuitive. Not much clutter either and a mobile-first design truly help.
Security & Fairness
HTTPS throughout. Policies exist for KYC/AML (a proper risk-based SDD/CDD/EDD document), privacy and terms. RNG is explained in the FAQ but there is no casino-level third-party audit—no eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI certificate. Provider-level certification only.
KYC is required before payout: passport, national ID, driving licence or residency permit, plus proof of address dated within three months, plus proof of payment method. Files must be colour, 320 DPI minimum, under 8 MB.
